It’s unlikely that you’d find ties to the colorful Latino rapper Armando “Pitbull” Pérez in a dilapidated single-family eyesore with a broken fence and a shameful yard.

The “Mr. 305” man has spent a lot of time over the past ten years looking down on the rest of Miami from the top 40 charts, making money from record deals, and frequenting South Florida’s trendiest nightclubs. Restaurants and at least one additional home are among Mr. Worldwide’s numerous investments.

Pitbull’s early photos are almost too Miami for the locals to handle. At one Pinecrest property, though, you’ll find peacocks lounging instead of scаntily dressed people. And instead of love letters from devoted followers, the front door is taped with notices of code violations for deteriorated structures and standing water. There was also no sign of Pitbull.

The house was sold in 2015, and the neighborhood claims that it has been empty ever since. According to county records, Enpi Gao LLC, a corporation registered to the same address as Pitbull’s record label, Mr 305 Inc, and hundreds of other businesses connected to the popular rapper’s empire, purchased the property in February 2015 for $850,000.

Michael Calderon, one of Pitbull’s personal managers, was in charge of Enpi Gao at the time. Pitbull and his wife bought the house, according to a builder whose sign appeared on the yard, after his wife served as a broker. Pitbull’s lawyer, Leslie Zigel, stated that his client denied ownership of the property and that he had no additional comments to make.
