Workers were reportedly spotted building the roof of the massive three-story mega-mansion, which is situated in the upscale Beverly Hills region of California, on May 25, according to a recent article by the Daily Mail.

This opulent 10-acre property was purchased by Bezos, who has an enormous net worth of $138 bιllιon, in early 2020. Jack Warner, the esteemed former president of Warner Bros., had previously owned it.

The $28,000 square foot main house, a guesthouse, a gym, a pergola, and even a separate house for security employees are all included in the $175 mιllιon property.

The millionaire plans to build a new pool house, a powder room, and retaining walls to develop his estate after his recent engagement to Lauren Sanchez.

The couple got engaged while visiting the prestigious 2023 Cannes Film Festival in the gorgeous South of France onboard Bezos’s stunning $500 mιllιon yacht.
