Look Hugh it is! Muscly Mr Jackman’s work out is interrupted by an attractive bikini-clad fan

He’s famously happily married so even a very attractive fan can’t distract Hugh Jackman.

However, one plucky bikini-clad gal managed to grab the 44-year-old’s attention long enough to get a photograph on Sydney’s Bondi beach.

Ever polite, Hugh was happy to oblige before getting back to his run.

And the gorgeous brunette was straight in with a picture request providing an opportunity to see Hugh’s muscles up close.

Hugh was seen working out as it has been confirmed for ‘X-Men: Days Of Future Past’.

The 44-year-old actor will definitely reprise his role as clawed superhero Wolverine in the sequel to 2011’s ‘X-Men: First Class’, joining an all-star cast including Sir Ian McKellen, Sir Patrick Stewart, Michael Fassbender, James McAvoy, Jennifer Lawrence and Nicholas Hoult.

Director Brian Singer announced the news via Twitter, posting: ‘I would officially like to welcome @RealHughJackman to the cast of #Xmen Days of Future Past. Very excited! More to come…’

This will mark the seventh time Hugh – who unveiled his own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame last Thursday – has played Marvel comic book character Wolverine on the big screen.

Good sport: Hugh was happy to pose with the fan but like a good married man, he kept his hands to himself

He recently roused speculation he would be appearing in the film by hinting he was negotiating a bigger role which would give his muscular alter ego a more exciting storyline.

Hugh said: ‘I did a three-hour, three-word cameo in the last one. It literally took me three hours. I have been talking to Bryan Singer about doing something in this. There will be more claws in this.’

The Australian-born hunk will next be seen in spin-off ‘The Wolverine’, which he believes will be the ‘best’ film of the franchise to date as the titular character delves deeper into his identity.

Earlier in the day, the Wolverine star had enjoyed a bike ride with a friend after kicking off with a gym session at his favourite Bondi sports club.

He’s back in his native Australia with his family for Christmas; and he and wife Deborra-Lee Furness will be whipping up quite an event for son Oscar, 12, and seven-year-old Ava.

The twosome are hands on parents and Hugh, in particular, is spotted playing sports with his two nippers.

They were much longed for; and Jackman recently has opened up about the pain of his wife’s multiple miscarriages.

The actor revealed his wife struggled through IVF and endured miscarriages in a bid to have their own biological children.

Company: Hugh worked out with a friend

He says they always wanted to adopted at some point, but said their plans were brought forward after unable to conceive naturally.

Hugh – who has a son Oscar, 12 and seven-year-old daughter Ava with Deborra – told Katie Couric on her talk show: ‘Until you go through it, you understand it’s not talked about a lot.

‘By the way to be clear, Deb and I always wanted to adopt. So that was always in our plan. We didn’t know where in the process that would happen but biologically obviously we tried and it was not happening for us and it is a difficult time.

Hugh’s the man: The delightful Les Miserables star seemed tickled pink to be back at home

‘We did IVF and Deb had a couple of miscarriages. I’ll never forget it, the miscarriage thing… It happens to one in three pregnancies. But it’s very, very rarely talked about. It’s almost secretive, so I hope Deb doesn’t mind me bringing it up now.

‘It’s a good thing to talk about it. It’s more common and it is tough. There’s a grieving that you have to go through. So the moment Oscar was born, all the heartache just melted away.’

Intrigued: The actor was certainly stopped in his track by one message

On the case: Hugh made sure to reply before getting on his bike

The Les Miserables star admitted all of his emotions were heightened when he became a parent.

He said: ‘Parents know you can’t prepare for that moment. Nothing can prepare you… You can’t even explain how incredible it is and that avalanche of emotion that comes and how it opens up your heart, how it frustrates you, how it angers you, how everything is just all the sudden how alive you are as a parent.’

Hugh and Deborra-Lee married in 1996 after meeting on set of an Australian TV series.

Encouragement: Working out is always nicer with two
