With just 10M USD, Messi purchases a luxurious mansion in Miami

According to the Miami Herald, on September 1, Messi just spent money to buy a luxury villa next to the Fort Lauderdale river. To own this nearly 1,000 square meter property, El Pulga had to pay 10.75 million USԀ.

The villa Messi just bought was built in 1988 with a frontage of 170m, 10 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms and 2 docks. Notably, Messi’s new home is only a 16-minute drive from Inter Miami’s stadium.

This is the fifth property Messi owns in Miami. Previously, El Pulga spent nearly 19 million USԀ to buy 2 apartments of 1,000m2 and 1,676m2 at Porsche Design Tower and Regalia Tower, and 2 apartments on the 40th and 43rd floors of the Trump Royale building.

 

However, all four luxury properties mentioned above have not met the Messi family’s housing requirements since El Pulga moved to Inter Miami. Therefore, Messi spent more than 10 million USԀ to buy a new villa next to the Fort Lauderdale riverbank to facilitate playing for his new team.
