Polo G’s Grand Entrance: Inside the Lavish Trophy Estate he Just Snagged in Chatsworth

It appears that Taurus “Polo G” Bartlett has advanced on the hip-hop scene. Not only did the rapper just score his biggest hit to date with the single “Rapstar” — a song about his rise to fame and the struggles he endured along the way that debuted at the top of the Billboard charts — but the rising rhymer has also purchased a home for his mother in Atlanta, as well as a mansion in the San Fernando Valley community of Chatsworth for approximately $4.9 million.

Nestled in the foothills of the Santa Susana Mountains, on nearly 2 acres of land in the exclusive 24-hour, guard-gated community of Indian Falls Estates — where Polo G’s neighbours include fellow rappers and producers DJ Mustard and Swae Lee — the hillside residence was constructed in 2018 and features nearly 11,000 square feet of living space with porcelain tile floors, coved, beamed, and coffered ceilings throughout, and walls of French doors for seamless indoor-outdoor living.

Giant wrought iron doors lead to a rotunda entryway with an arching staircase framed by artisan ironwork. From there, the main level features a spacious, light-filled great room, a formal living room with a custom wine pantry and bar, a formal dining room, a pool room and a large guest suite. The focal point, however, is a professional chef’s kitchen equipped with a large centre island, Viking appliances, granite countertops, and an onyx mosaic backsplash.

Six bedrooms are located upstairs, including a luxurious master suite with a walk-in closet and custom built-ins, as well as a bathroom with a double shower and a freestanding, circular jetted tub located in a rotunda.

Once outdoors, the resort-like grounds are ideal for entertaining, with numerous stone terraces and patios encircling a large swimming pool and spa, barbecue pavilion, and lighted tennis court. There are also two garages and a large garage with space for 14 vehicles.

In addition to his success as a singer-songwriter, rapper, and recording artist, the 22-year-old entertainer has founded an AAU basketball team in his hometown of Chicago to help keep youth out of trouble, made Forbes’ “30 Under 30” list for 2021, and released his own clothing line, Capalot. This month, he will release “Hall of Fame,” his third album, which will feature a collaboration with Nicki Minaj.
