Paris Hilton understands that even though the stars are blind, they still shine brightly in Beverly Park, the guard-gated Los Angeles area known for its extravagant mansions and even more extravagant residents. Everyone’s favorite hotel heiress and socialite-turned-business billionaire is now “sliving” in a massive mansion in the same enclave as Adele, The Rock, Eddie Murphy, and Mark Wahlberg.
Hilton has yet to buy her 14,000-square-foot Tuscan villa-style Beverly Park estate. She signed a long-term lease, possibly with a rent-to-own option. The property was recently rented for $160,000 a month, according to records.
The 3.6-acre estate, built in the 1990s, was last sold in late 2021 for $21.5 million to local investor Leonid Smirnov, who lives somewhere in Beverly Hills. The residence has two motorcourts, each with capacity for 10+ automobiles, and a six-car garage, surrounded by subtropical landscaping and massive driveway gates.
Stone columns and a high roofline are softened by crepe myrtle bushes and vivid flower sprays in front of the mansion. The foyer is black-and-white and has stone floors. The family room has a wet bar and a second fireplace, while the living room opens to a patio. A top-of-the-line kitchen helps Chef Hilton make her famous lasagna.
The master suite has two baths, two walk-in closets, and a covered balcony overlooking the lawn. The upper level features four ensuite bedrooms and a “entertainment wing” with a media/theater room and wet bar. Live-in housekeepers, nannies, and petsitters can use the staff bedrooms downstairs.
The home has no city lights view despite its semi-remote mountain location above Beverly Hills. A pool and two spas covered by palm trees make up for that. A fire pit, covered patios, and a full-size AstroTurf tennis court are also available. The backyard has a pool house with a kitchen and vegetable and flower beds.
Hilton bought a smaller Mediterranean villa-style property in Mulholland Estates, another adjacent gated neighborhood, for $5.3 million in 2007. The “Bling Ring” burglarized that residence many times, however it was recently renovated, possibly for sale.
Hilton and her independently rich husband Carter Reum have a Malibu coastal holiday property. Since 2014, the “Simple Life” actress, who is said to be worth $300 million, has owned a multimillion-dollar Noho condo penthouse.
